HSBC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic change delivery within the Operations Strategy & Change Delivery team in Mexico City. The role focuses on delivering complex, change-the-bank initiatives with strong cross-functional engagement and governance adherence.

You will own project plans, coordinate ISO migration efforts across multiple sites, and drive alignment with regional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational readiness.

Formación

• Extensive experience in strategic project management delivery.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
• Familiarity with change frameworks and governance (HSBC HCF).

Responsabilidades

• Manage milestones within projects from inception to implementation across strategic initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with regional stakeholders and process owners.
• Log and monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests in Clarity.
• Apply HSBC Change Framework governance across projects and initiatives in the region.
• Own site-level governance and harmonise dates for cross-site coordination, including operational readiness.
• Lead weekly status updates with OPAS, BA, XSSL and site teams.
