HSBC in Mexico City is seeking a Project Manager to lead Strategy & Change Delivery initiatives within Operations. You will manage milestones from inception to implementation, engage regional stakeholders, and ensure governance and alignment with global frameworks.

You will drive ISO migration planning across multiple sites, coordinate with internal and external teams, and contribute to innovation projects. Strong English/Spanish, change management, and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of ISO 20022, payments and SWIFT messages.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, for global/stakeholder communication.
• Proven track record of change management within a large organization.
• Process flow documentation and mapping experience.
• Strong operational trade lifecycle knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage delivery of milestones within projects from inception to implementation for various initiatives in Operations; ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain ongoing engagement and relationship management with stakeholders across the region.
• Log and monitor Milestones, Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Change Requests in Clarity; manage delivery risks.
• Articulate business requirements with multiple stakeholder groups and ensure traceability to business needs.
• Apply Global HSBC Change Framework across projects and governance activities.
• Own ISO migration planning for multiple sites and harmonize site dates with internal/external teams.
• Drive site plans to agreed timescales and update plans as required.
• Implement site-level governance per HSBC Change Framework (HCF).
• Engage with MSS Operations Site Heads/Asset Class heads as primary contact within ISO Programme Team.
• Participate in weekly status updates for sites, collaborating with OPAS, BA, XSSL.
• Contribute to GSC Mexico Innovation and Transformers delivery by managing lifecycle of Transformers within the book of work.
