Job summary

HSBC seeks an experienced Project Manager in Mexico City to lead Strategy & Change Delivery initiatives across regions. You will coordinate milestones, risks, and resources to deliver complex change programs within Operations and IT, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Fluency in English and Spanish, knowledge of ISO 20022 and payments, and strong stakeholder management are essential as you drive multi-site migrations and transformers within the HSBC network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, payments and SWIFT messages.
• Proven track record in change management within a large organization.
• Experience in process flow documentation and mapping.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with conflicting priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of milestones within projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders across the region and with regional leads for alignment.
• Log and monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests in Clarity.
• Articulate business requirements and ensure traceability to agreed outcomes.
• Apply HSBC Change Framework and governance across all projects and initiatives.
• Own ISO migration plans for multiple sites and harmonize schedules and readiness.
• Drive plans to meet timescales and coordinate interdependent activities.
