Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Mexico City to join the Strategy & Change Delivery team. You will drive delivery milestones for priority change initiatives across regional operations, ensuring alignment with global governance and the HSBC Change Framework.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships to deliver on regulatory and strategic programs. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, consolidating requirements, and leading ISO

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of milestones from inception to implementation for strategic, regulatory, and BAU initiatives within Operations.
Maintain engagement with Process Owners, Regional Heads, and S&CD stakeholders across the region.
Log and monitor Milestones, Risks, Issues, Dependencies, and Change Requests in Clarity or equivalent tools.
Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and traceable to deliverables.
Apply the HSBC Change Framework and governance across projects in the region.
Lead ISO migration efforts across multiple sites with defined go-live dates.
Coordinate plan interlocks with internal and external teams to align schedules.
Interface with MSS Operations Site Heads and asset class heads as required.
Participate in weekly status updates for sites under leadership.
