Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Mexico to coordinate between a 3rd party vendor, our team, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on planning, discovery, and strategic coordination rather than hands-on delivery.

The ideal candidate will handle RFPs/RFIs, drive accountability with partners, and communicate effectively with leaders to shape the business case for new products.

Qualifications

• Senior project manager with experience in RFP/RFI, discovery and planning work.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable managing vendors, stakeholders, and leaders rather than delivery teams.
• Able to work in unstructured, non-Agile project environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the vendor, our team, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a PM familiar with RFPs or RFIs, discovery, and planning work.
• Drive accountability with the third-party partner while keeping leaders engaged.
• Use strong communication to get things done.
• Speak to leaders and coordinate effectively in a non-technical role.
• Manage the vendor and internal stakeholders since there is no delivery team.
• Help build the business case for what we want to build.
