Job summary

KTSA - KPMG Technology Services Americas in Mexico City seeks an experienced Senior Project/Portfolio Manager to lead complex programs for KPMG US. You will steer multi-disciplinary teams, align with strategic objectives, and ensure delivery excellence across portfolios.

This role emphasizes strong governance, stakeholder communication, and practical use of best practices (PgMP/PMP or Scrum Master). You will monitor budgets, risk, and performance indicators to drive value.

Qualifications

6 years or more managing portfolios, programs, and projects.
Possession of PgMP, PMP, and/or Scrum Master certification.
Budget, cost, and profitability management skills.
Experience preparing and presenting executive reports.
Experience presenting service indicators (SLAs).

Responsibilities

Support in planning new projects following project management methodologies, policies, and procedures.
Monitor compliance with commitments and deliverables and report milestone status.
Identify and report risks and follow up on mitigation.
Assist in generating the project's communication plan with participants.
Monitor and control project budgets.
Create and maintain project management documentation.
Organize, document, and lead meetings for ongoing projects.
Prepare documentation requested by the Project Owner for committees.
Monitor execution of project activities by service providers.
