Job summary

PwC México’s Acceleration Center in Mexico City seeks a Senior Associate Project Manager to oversee multiple client workstreams within the PMO framework. You will translate client needs into organized plans, deliverables, and timelines, guiding day-to-day execution and mentoring junior team members.

You will apply Agile, Scrum or Kanban, manage budgets and resources, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, supporting service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• English proficiency (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, scheduling, scope tracking, and dependencies.
• Prepare documentation, status updates, and governance materials.
• Monitor risks, issues, change requests, and action items.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to organize delivery.
• Coordinate budget tracking, resources, and forecasting.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support PMO activities and managed services engagements.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Guide junior team members and ensure documentation standards.
• Maintain project controls and change control processes.
