Job summary

PwC México's Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Project Manager, Senior Associate to guide project workstreams, translating client needs into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables. You will coordinate across priorities and mentor Associates while applying PMO methods within the Strategy network and Managed Services.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, manage governance, and Safeguard consistency across projects through robust documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams across scope, schedule, budget, and dependencies.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and task trackers using PMO methods.
• Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; escalate when needed.
• Prepare status updates and governance materials for stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project lifecycles.
• Analyze project data, budgets, and resource needs for forecasts.
• Maintain project documentation and process maps for traceability.
• Support portfolio reporting, business cases, and service delivery improvements.
• Build client relationships and adapt delivery plans from feedback.
• Mentor junior team members in coordination and delivery.
