HARMAN automotive division seeks a Finance Operations Leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Juarez and El Paso operations. You will partner with plant leadership to drive cost control, capital expenditures, and working capital management, while ensuring compliance with GAAP and Harman policies.

The role requires collaboration with regional/global finance teams and strong English/Spanish communication skills in a multinational setting, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in finance or controlling in serial production/manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; GAAP and Harman policies adherence.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the plant, align with overall business strategy.
• Prepare financial reports for management reviews, analyze results, drive corrective actions.
• Provide financial leadership for capital expenditures, costs, working capital, and pricing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Harman policies; partner with plant leadership and regional/globalFinance teams.
