Job summary

ARSAN International Consulting Group in Cd Juarez, Chihuahua, is seeking a dynamic Plant Controller to join our finance team, partnering with plant leadership to drive productivity, cost optimization, and financial excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 5+ years as a Controller in manufacturing, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong ERP knowledge; will oversee month-end close, financial analysis, and internal controls in line with SOX and maquiladora

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
+5 years as a Controller in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with the Maquiladora System (IMMEX).
Manufacturing experience is required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Knowledge of local and federal events.
Working knowledge of business systems/ERP.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Plant Manager and leadership team for result explanations, process improvements, and complex analysis.
Provide proactive consultation on financial and operational matters to departmental leaders.
Drive improvements in material usage, scrap rates, and inventory costs with Supply Chain.
Manage direct and indirect labor reporting and assist in driving efficiencies.
Oversee overhead accounting and reporting.
