ARSAN International Consulting Group in Cd Juarez, Chihuahua, is seeking a dynamic Plant Controller to join our finance team, partnering with plant leadership to drive productivity, cost optimization, and financial excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 5+ years as a Controller in manufacturing, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong ERP knowledge; will oversee month-end close, financial analysis, and internal controls in line with SOX and maquiladora

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• +5 years as a Controller in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with the Maquiladora System (IMMEX).
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of local and federal events.
• Working knowledge of business systems/ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Plant Manager and leadership team for result explanations, process improvements, and complex analysis.
• Provide proactive consultation on financial and operational matters to departmental leaders.
• Drive improvements in material usage, scrap rates, and inventory costs with Supply Chain.
• Manage direct and indirect labor reporting and assist in driving efficiencies.
• Oversee overhead accounting and reporting.
