HARMAN Automotive in Ciudad Juárez seeks a seasoned Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence. You will lead improvements, coordinate new projects, and ensure documentation and process controls meet ISO standards.

The role requires collaboration across engineering and program management, with a focus on PFMEAS, BOM, and engineering changes, while aligning with customer-specific requirements and quality systems.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial product manufacturing environment.
• 3 years coordinating new projects.
• 3 years implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence methods.
• English at advanced level (approx. 90% proficiency) in reading and writing.
• Knowledge of customer OEM specific requirements and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal and external meetings to track project progress.
• Generate and release documentation (PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids).
• Create Purchase Requests for project equipment with Process & Test Engineering.
• Maintain project status using project management tools (MS Project).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Represent customer needs in internal functions according to Quality System requirements.
