Aptiv PLC is seeking a Controller for the Juárez operation to lead financial planning, reporting and control activities across plant operations. You will partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strong financial performance, cost management and compliant internal controls.

You will guide monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, while overseeing the complete costing process and KPI development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting or manufacturing finance roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Drive manufacturing cost analysis and oversee costing processes.
• Analyze monthly manufacturing expenses and identify cost drivers and opportunities.
• Monitor monthly sales performance and provide insights on revenue trends.
• Develop and report KPIs; strengthen internal controls; support CAPEX processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and performance.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory and ensure compliance.
