Job summary
One Mobility is seeking a Senior Cluster Controller in Mexico (Ciudad Juárez or Comonfort) to drive financial performance across a cluster of plants. You will partner with Plant Management to align local targets with global standards and translate operational results into actionable financial insights.
You will work with SAP, Power BI and Excel to support planning, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives, while communicating effectively in English and Spanish with international
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI (mentioned in the JD discussion), Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting, analysis, KPI calculations)
- Basic knowledge of the E-Mobility market is an advantage.
- Background in automotive operations - preferred.
- Experience supporting business, finance, or operational processes in a production environment.
- Proven track record of working with diverse international stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong communication skills in English and in Spanish.
