Our facility located in Ciénega de Flores, N.L. need your experience and professionalism to keep our company growth. At this moment we are seeking: Sr Plant Controller.

Main activities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Lead the region’s annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range planning.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor P&L performance, variances, cost drivers, and productivity metrics.
• Partner with plant managers and functional leaders to drive financial accountability.
• Provide financial guidance to regional operations, supply chain, and HR.
• Support decision-making for headcount, capacity, CapEx, and major investments.
• Review and validate product costing, standard costs, and margin performance.
• Track cost savings, continuous improvement, and launch readiness financial KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare region‑level financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls across all facilities in the region.
• Act as the key finance partner
• Coach and develop site‑level finance teams (controllers, analysts, AP/AR).
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ Minimum Years of Experience with in automotive industry related to financial management.
