Google LLC is seeking a strategic Partner Manager specialized in News Partnerships to engage with Spanish-speaking media markets, primarily in Mexico. You will manage relationships with news publishers and Key Opinion Formers, collaborating with LATAM and global teams to advance news strategy and product opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in business, partnerships, or similar roles in the news and publishing industry.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with key news publishers and ecosystem stakeholders; analyze their business models and strategic priorities to unlock audience and business growth opportunities across our platforms.
• Serve as the primary liaison for new product features and distribution opportunities; lead partnership negotiations and drive technical/commercial implementations in close coordination with Product and Marketing teams.
• Partner closely with internal organizations—including Product, GAPP, Large Customer Sales, Media Buying Solutions, and Marketing—to resolve partner escalations, scale product initiatives, and present a unified News Partnerships strategy.
• Drive ecosystem investments and strategic programs; conceptualize and deliver partner trainings, 1-on-1 engagements, and represent industry events for both large and small news publishers.
• Collect and synthesize actionable market, performer, and publisher insights to inform regional strategy, ensuring end-to-end execution of News Partnerships goals using available resources.
