Jabil is seeking a Master Planner to manage all planning activities for the dedicated workcell and mentor the Production Planners and Document Coordinators in the workcell. You will own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load it into Jabil’s ERP system, ensuring PO coverage and 100% on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining capacity and material control, reconciling MPS to customer demand, and guiding BOMs/routings.

Formación

HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree required
APICS certification and supervisor experience preferred
8 years of planning experience; at least 1.5 years as Master Planner
Thorough knowledge of MRP, lead times, internal run rates, test development lead times, and sequence of events to build a product

Responsabilidades

Manage all planning activities for the assigned workcell and mentor the Planning team
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP with PO coverage
Reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly to ensure alignment
Ensure 100% on-time delivery and build readiness
Maintain capacity planning model and optimize run quantities to minimize changeovers
Lead BOMs and routings creation for accurate WIP and inventory movement
Coordinate EOL planning and last shipment deadlines with schedule
