Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in program or project management.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Manage short- and medium-term forecast, capacity, and peak planning for USF Network.
• Collaborate with operations to set optimal network plans and transportation choices.
• Define near-term vision and plan to deliver it, driving continuous delivery and customer experience improvements.
• Inspect demand forecasts and capacity plans, challenge assumptions from business teams.
• Provide high-quality inputs and align with finance and leadership using data-backed documents and models.
• Identify and evaluate risks/obstacles with minimal direction.
