Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Responsibilities

• Manage the short- and medium-term forecast, capacity, and peak planning.
• Partner with operations to set optimal network plans and transportation choices.
• Define a near-term vision and plan to deliver it driving continuous delivery and customer experience improvements.
• Inspect demand forecasts, capacity plans critically and challenge assumptions.
• Provide high-quality inputs and align with finance and leadership using data-backed documents or presentations.
• Identify and evaluate risks within internal and external business environments.
