Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); SQL knowledge.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Manage the short and medium term forecast, capacity and peak planning for USF Network.
• Partner with operations to set network plans and transportation choices to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Define near-term vision and plan to deliver it, driving continuous delivery and customer experience improvement.
• Inspect demand forecasts and capacity plans, challenge assumptions.
• Provide high-quality inputs and align with finance and leadership using data-backed documents or presentations.
• Identify and evaluate risks within internal and external environment.
