Legal Management Group is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to strengthen performance management and data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role blends advanced business analysis with operational leadership, people management, and project execution.

You will design systems to measure departmental success, investigate performance trends, and guide teams through operational improvements. Collaboration with leadership will translate data into actionable strategies for growth.

Formación

• Five or more years in operations or performance-driven service environments.
• Five or more years using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Three or more years leading, coaching, and managing employees.
• Two or more years of experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Two or more years of project management experience.
• Two or more years mapping and improving business processes using Lucidchart or similar.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, and performance scorecards.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara during Pacific Time business hours.
