Farahi Law Firm is seeking a Managing Litigation Attorney to oversee the operational execution of the litigation department and ensure cases progress efficiently. This leadership role requires coordinating attorneys, paralegals, and staff while driving quality and deadlines across all phases.

You will lead the team, drive improvements, and report on KPIs with executive stakeholders. Strong English communication and experience withFilevine are essential for success.

Formación

• Licensed attorney with strong litigation experience.
• 5–7+ years of leadership experience within litigation or high-volume legal environments.
• Experience managing teams of 15–20 or more legal professionals.
• Advanced experience with Filevine or similar legal case management platforms.
• Professional proficiency in English with outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimize litigation workflows across all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation through trial preparation.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve department SOPs, workflows, and operational playbooks.
• Coordinate attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case progression.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing litigation teams.
• Monitor litigation KPIs, attorney productivity, case progression, and departmental performance.
• Develop executive dashboards and operational reports using Filevine and business intelligence tools.
• Lead strategic initiatives that improve litigation operations, workflow automation, and department efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Data, and Executive Leadership to support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with litigation deadlines, internal procedures, and quality standards.
