Job summary

TZLA Club seeks a Legal Manager to own day-to-day legal operations across contracts, governance, procurement-linked agreements, and compliance hygiene, enabling fast progress with minimal risk. Based in Operations, you will own the legal intake, CLM, and templated workflows, coordinating with external counsel and leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of legal operations, contract management, or in-house legal workflow ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to run contract workflows end-to-end including drafting support, redlines, execution, and records.
• Experience with vendor, supplier, service-provider, logistics, or procurement agreements.
• Strong operational mindset: prioritization, intake control, documentation standards, and follow-through.
• Excellent written English with precision in formatting and version control.

Responsibilities

• Own the legal request intake, triage, and prioritization system (what comes in, who owns it, what “done” means).
• Set SLAs and standards for legal support across the organization (response expectations, escalation rules, definitions).
• Maintain an executive-ready legal dashboard: priorities, blockers, risks, and next actions.
• Route procurement-related legal requests through the same auditable intake workflow.
• Translate legal and procurement issues into clear operating choices for leadership: approve, revise, elevate, pause, or proceed with conditions.
• Keep contracts clean with templates, clause library, negotiation standards, and approved fallback language.
• Drive drafting, redlines, version control, signature workflow, and archival for NDAs, vendor, and service-provider agreements.
