Job summary

Amazon is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our Last Mile Logistics team in Mexico. You will lead end-to-end project management for initiatives to enhance customer delivery experiences and drive continuous improvement across our logistics network.

Responsibilities include building stakeholder partnerships, developing network expansion roadmaps, and leveraging data analytics to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years using data and metrics to drive process improvements.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to identify improvements.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, from concept through implementation.
• Build partnerships across stakeholders to drive results.
• Create network expansion roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Use data analytics to optimize performance and guide decisions.
• Provide leadership across multiple locations with operations oversight.
