Qualifications

Key job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, guiding initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders, utilizing advanced negotiation and communication skills to drive results.
• Create and execute comprehensive network expansion strategies, including detailed roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations, making autonomous decisions while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Strong self-starter mentality with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize performance and guide strategic decision-making.
• Provide leadership oversight for multiple locations while ensuring consistent operational excellence and compliance with Amazon standards.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Travel and Meet with delivery service partners to review initiatives discuss strategic.
• Generation documentation for project definition and budget approval.
• Analyze delivery performance data from the previous day and create action plans for any areas needing improvement.
• Meet with delivery service partners to review performance and discuss strategic improvements.
• Participate in regional operations calls to align on network-wide initiatives and progress.
• Plan and strategize for upcoming peak periods or special operations.
• Document standard of operational process and initiatives playbooks.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certificate
