Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a motivated tenured Product Manager to lead the Last Mile technology roadmap for the Latin America market. You will own the product, drive cross-functional initiatives, and scale technology products impacting customer and operator experiences.

You will partner with stakeholders across business, technical, and finance teams, balance customer outcomes with financial impact, and oversee performance metrics and compliance. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for Last Mile technology products in Latin America.
• Partner with key stakeholders across multiple functions to plan and execute the launch of new technology products.
• Launch and scale products in alignment with Amazon’s requirements, owning customer and merchant satisfaction, performance, compliance, accounting, and financial metrics.
• Use customer insights, market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrate strong program and product expertise by leveraging company-wide assets and capabilities.
• Evaluate launch results and continuously incorporate learnings into the product strategy and roadmap.
