PepsiCo in Mexico City is hiring a Professional Recruiter focused on professional hiring to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

The role demands a blend of talent sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, data-driven decisions, and process excellence to support PepsiCo's talent acquisition goals.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to define recruitment strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines for critical roles.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer and acceptance.
• Use labor market insights and salary benchmarks to inform hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
