PepsiCo seeks a Labor Project Sr Analyst in Mexico City to support strategic labor initiatives with structure and governance. You will collaborate across HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Transformation, and project teams to monitor progress and ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

You will help evolve labor strategies, enable disciplined execution, and provide executive reports and metrics to guide decisions in a dynamic labor environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Labor Relations, HR, labor compliance, or project coordination.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Professional English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic labor initiatives for PMF by adding structure, governance, and visibility to key projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Transformation, and project leaders to monitor progress and ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Contribute to the evolution of labor strategies, governance routines, and decision-making through clear reporting.
