Job summary

Charger Logistics is seeking a market-focused Key Account Manager to drive growth in Santiago de Querétaro and the LATAM region. You will build strong customer relationships, manage day-to-day needs, and collaborate with the implementations and pricing teams to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in account management within logistics, a business degree, and strong English, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of account management experience in transportation and logistics preferred.
Recent college/university degree in a business-related field required.
Proven track record in setting appointments, presenting, and closing deals.
Strong English, verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers by maintaining constant communication.
Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional service.
Collaborate with Implementation to ensure pricing accuracy.
Participate in rate reviews to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Prepare sales budgets, reports, and presentations for large bids.
Coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams.
