Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an energetic account manager for our Querétaro office to build and sustain strong customer relationships in North American logistics.

You will coordinate with the implementation team on pricing, participate in rate reviews, and drive profitable bids while ensuring that commitments are met across internal teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in logistics account management, a business degree, and proven closing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years account management in transportation/logistics preferred.
• Bachelor-level business degree required.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and manage day-to-day and long-term needs.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Implementation team to ensure accurate pricing.
• Participate in rate matrix reviews for profitability and competitiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations for large bids and ensure commitments are met.
• Identify new business relationships in target markets and support CS in delivering optimal transport solutions.
