Emerson is seeking a results-driven professional to manage customer communications and order execution in a regional role. You will coordinate with Impact Partners, EPCs, and internal teams to ensure orders meet delivery dates and specifications, while driving process improvements.

The role emphasizes backlogged order management, status updates, and proactive problem solving to support high customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, STEM field or equivalent experience.
• +7 years similar experience in manufacturing, operations or sales.
• Experience working across multiple departments to deliver timely solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact of Emerson ISV to customers and partners.
• Respond to inquiries within 12 hours and conduct weekly calls with partners.
• Proactively manage backlog and ensure orders are entered and executed timely.
• Provide order status updates and support change orders and cancellations.
• Mentor new hires and drive process improvements across projects.
• Measure project performance and address potential issues.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in business, STEM related field or equivalent experience
