Emerson is seeking a strategic supply chain professional to lead logistics and indirect procurement initiatives across the Americas. You will optimize cost, service, and capacity while aligning with global procurement objectives.

You will build budgets, manage eSourcing, negotiate with suppliers and carriers, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions. This role requires collaboration across functions and regions and a deep understanding of TMS and transportation management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS, IT, or supply chain.
• Minimum 4 years in international or multinational environment.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics, procurement, or transportation.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead logistics and freight optimization across the Americas.
• Develop and implement transportation strategies across modes.
• Negotiate transportation agreements and select carriers.
• Lead eSourcing and negotiation projects in North America.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor carrier performance and transportation effectiveness.
