Emerson is seeking a results-driven professional to manage customer care and project coordination. You will act as the main liaison for Emerson ISV and customers, ensuring timely responses and clear updates throughout order execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams across departments, monitor backlog, and drive continuous improvements to delivery performance. This role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, STEM related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, operations or sales environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for Emerson ISV and customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 12 hours.
• Conduct weekly calls with Impact Partners, EPCs, and channel customers for order updates.
