Emerson is seeking a results-driven professional to lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing new product introductions and manufacturing process transfers. You will define milestones, monitor requirements, and deliverables aligned with customer, engineering, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will also facilitate reviews, identify risks, and collaborate with functional leaders to implement mitigation plans while communicating progress to plant and leadership teams.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects such as launches or large initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to convey technical and non-technical information clearly.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross‑functional teams to plan and execute new product introductions and manufacturing process transfers.
• Define, monitor, and manage project milestones, requirements, and deliverables aligned with standards.
• Facilitate regular project reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans with leadership.
• Communicate project progress, performance, and insights to plant and extended leadership teams.
• Analyze technical and operational challenges, develop data‑driven solutions, and document changes.
