Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Six years of experience in planning, project management, purchasing, or procurement; ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP and its impact on a multi-plant supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to deploy category strategies and initiatives; identify cost savings and capital improvement opportunities.
• Be a true business partner for assigned business unit(s) and translate requirements into category strategies.
• Act as spokesperson for indirect procurement and drive value realization for the business.
• Enable change and align execution between business units, category management, and supporting functions.
• Perform spend analysis for the assigned unit to understand buying patterns and optimize savings.
