Qualifications

• Six years of planning, project management, purchasing, or procurement experience; ideally in manufacturing.
• Proficient in English and strong communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• As a procurement business partner, interface with one or more business units to implement category strategies and initiatives.
• Identify cost savings and opportunities to improve working capital; drive project plans in operations.
• Act as enabler between business units, category management, and supporting functions to ensure alignment.
• Execute spend analysis: map what, from whom, where, how, and why we buy, and optimize for savings.
• Deploy corporate category strategies; drive supplier adoption and capture negotiated value.
• Standardize demand, drive lower total cost of ownership, and support supplier performance management.
• Prepare RFx documents, lead negotiations for business unit categories and projects.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and drive process improvements.
