Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Procurement Sourcing Buyer to manage advanced purchasing for direct materials and select indirect spend. You will evaluate suppliers, lead bids, and negotiate contracts to secure optimal pricing and performance.

Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Operations to align site spend with sourcing strategies and drive cost savings across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract negotiation.
• Experience with direct materials and cost optimization strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities across direct materials and select indirect spends.
• Evaluate suppliers, conduct RFQs, bids, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost reductions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and operations teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and optimize working capital.
