Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks an experienced HR leader to head the training and development function, aligning programs with strategic goals and workforce capability. You’ll design, implement and evaluate learning initiatives across the organization, acting as a strategic partner to management.

You will supervise the HR team, manage budgets and vendors, lead audits, and present training results to senior leadership while driving succession planning and leadership development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of HR systems (TRESS, SAP) and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR training and development team and oversee training initiatives.
• Approve and monitor training budgets and vendor contracts.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with ISO and STPS standards.
• Present training effectiveness reports and improvement plans to senior leadership.
• Drive organizational development projects such as succession planning and leadership programs.
