Empresa Confidencial is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Mexico to act as the strategic people partner to the Mexico Commercial GM and Leadership Team. The role will translate business priorities into workforce, organization, talent, leadership, culture and compensation actions that enable growth and performance.

Formación

• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or HR leadership roles.
• Experience supporting commercial, service, industrial, or manufacturing organizations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary HR advisor to the Mexico Commercial GM and leadership team.
• Translate business strategy into people, capability and organization priorities.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development with HR operations and regional partners.
• Coach Mexico leadership on performance, development and change.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure policy compliance and risk management.
• Partner on compensation planning, equity analyses and talent retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define recruiting priorities and leadership hiring.
