Capital One in Mexico City seeks a Contracts Manager to draft, negotiate and manage third-party agreements. The role requires collaborating with business, legal and compliance teams to protect the organization and ensure policy adherence.

You will assess transactions, design execution plans, and lead negotiation strategies to drive value while mitigating risk. Limited travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law required.
• Minimum 5 years in contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution.
• Experience with procurement, legal or supplier management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and redline contracts to protect Capital One from risk.
• Assess transactions, plan deal strategies with stakeholders.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet standards and objectives.
• Manage contracts and drive timely closure as central contact.
• Communicate with legal, compliance and data security teams.
• Collaborate with the broader Legal/ESM team and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice on Contract and Third-Party Management policies.
