Jabil is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support and consulting to multiple locations and business units. You will serve as the primary HR contact, partnering with regional HR teams to implement programs, drive organizational change, and ensure legal compliance aligned with business objectives.

The role emphasizes translating HR processes to support business needs, mentoring talent, and delivering timely HR solutions across the region.

Formación

• Ability to develop credibility and rapport with all levels of the organization.
• Strong financial acumen – understanding how the business makes money and how HR can drive results.
• Business acumen – quick understanding of the business you support and how HR can impact.
• Ability to lead and manage large, complex projects to successful completion with minimal guidance.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; delivers clear, concise and influential messages.
• Proficiency in use of personal computers and Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Works from inside the org, identifying the needs and acting as a bridge between the business group and the COE.
• Strengthen your clients’ ability to lead organizational change by bringing proven best practices to help Jabil leaders achieve sustainable results.
• Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, owning HR results and partnering with business to understand needs and requirements.
• Drive to the Organizational Effectiveness Plan, reporting progress and potential changes; develop cross-cultural communication strategies and change plans.
• Drive consistency of plan throughout the organization.
• Work with business leaders to assess threats and incorporate risk management in change management strategy.
• Strong Project Management capabilities; adapt to new projects and maximize the Center of Excellence.
• Understand the talent needs inside the organization to support business needs.
• Translate HR processes and programs to best support the business and impact retention.
• Provide partnership, leadership, direction, and expertise to enable business.
• Oversee HR programs and services for functional groups.

Educación

BS degree plus 5+ years HRBP experience in a matrix environment

5+ years HR experience in employee relations and policy development
