Jabil is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide broad HR support to multiple locations within the region. The role serves as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, partnering with HR peers to execute programs and ensure legal compliance while driving organizational effectiveness.

The HRBP will align HR strategies with business objectives, manage risk, and lead change initiatives across the region, fostering a sustainable and engaging work environment.

Formación

• BS degree and 5+ years in strategic HRBP role in a matrix environment.
• Experience in employee relations and HR policy development.
• Experience across multiple locations/business units.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary HR contact and advisor to managers and employees.
• Partner with HR peers to execute regional programs and strategies.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives and manage HR results.
• Lead change programs and organizational development initiatives.
