Plasticos Castella SA in the Jalisco region of Mexico is seeking an HR Manager to administer HR programs, ensure compliance with EEO/ADA, OSHA, and labor regulations, and partner with plant leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and workforce planning while safeguarding employee relations and safety, focusing on continuous improvement and cost control.

Formación

• Experience implementing HR programs and ensuring compliance with EEO/ADA.
• Nine years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; HR cert desired.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors HR policies and objectives.
• Establishes positive employer-employee relations and high morale.
• Complies with OSHA, EEO, ERISA, Wage & Hour requirements.
• Ensures timely recruitment and compliant onboarding.
• Develops strategic workforce planning aligned with business needs.
• Oversees training materials, handbooks, and reports.
• Communicates with management on sensitive issues and risk.
