Plasticos Castella SA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent search, candidate placement, process improvements, and strategic development. The role serves as the client lead for supported groups and aims to deliver high-quality services with a strong customer service focus.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Talent Acquisition knowledge, experience recruiting for senior leadership roles, and strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners.

Formación

• Must recruit for a broad/deep range of positions with ability to handle confidential information.
• Bachelor's Degree required; HR/Communications/Marketing degree preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in full lifecycle recruiting with 3+ years executive/senior leadership recruiting experience.
• Candidates must be heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices.

Responsabilidades

• Understand how to recruit passive candidates and attract highly qualified candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed information on the company and job expectations.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and partner with business units to meet talent needs.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to assess best interviewing practices and sourcing options.
• Manage presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit top candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine human capital needs for efficient hiring.
• Comply with company security policies and assist with other duties as assigned.
