Job summary
Flex is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Guadalajara, North Campus team. The role focuses on turning operational and ERP data into accurate dashboards, reconciliations, and actionable insights for controllership, FP&A, and leadership.
You will drive data quality, governance, and automation across multiple finance systems. Ideal candidates have a finance analytics background, strong SQL/ETL skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in finance analytics, business Intelligence, FP&A, financial reporting and data analysis.
- Fluent English preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate finance questions into analytics requirements, data models, and reporting solutions.
- Provide financial insight through dashboards, KPI scorecards, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ensure data quality and governance across ERP, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
- Support automation, system controls, and continuous improvement for finance reporting.
- Collaborate with controllers, FP&A, operations, and leadership to turn data into decision-support reports.
