TK Recruitment's client, a rapidly growing international FinTech in Mexico, seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to lead talent acquisition and process optimization. This role requires senior leadership, global vision, and a high-volume hiring mindset.

You will build scalable recruitment frameworks, drive workforce strategy with leaders, and ensure excellence in stakeholder management across markets, languages, and functions, enabling rapid global expansion.

Formación

• Senior HR leader with international and FinTech experience.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment (100+ hires per month).
• Fluency in Spanish and English or Russian.

For my client, a rapidly growing international FinTech dedicated to revolutionizing financial services in Mexico, we are searching for an experienced visionary Strategic HR Business Partner to fuel their remarkable growth.

Your expertise in process building, optimization, and a solid sales background will be critical in driving organizational growth and operational excellence in this dynamic, technology-driven ecosystem.
