nVent is seeking an HRBP/HR Generalist in Reynosa to lead HR processes across performance, development and employee relations. You will mentor leaders and ensure HR practices support operations in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include payroll, time and attendance, compliance with labor laws, and KPI reporting. Strong Workday experience and intermediate English are preferred for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years as HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with HRIS systems, Workday and related tools.
• Experience leading payroll processes and time/attendance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience measuring KPIs and HR metrics.
• Experience organizing events and cultural initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all HR processes: performance management, career development, employee relations.
• Provide advanced generalist support and collaborate with Reynosa leaders to align HR with operations.
• Identify opportunities for strategic HR initiatives to grow leaders and high-performing teams.
• Support compliance processes and timely follow-up for ethics and education programs.
• Assist managers with developing direct reports and implementing talent practices.
• Keep up-to-date on employment laws and align policies to ensure compliance.
