nVent is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Reynosa, MX site to lead manufacturing activities and drive operational excellence. You will oversee personnel, coordinate production schedules, ensure safety and quality, and work to reduce cycle times and downtime while meeting on-time delivery goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and 3+ years in metal manufacturing, with strong Excel skills and a track record in continuous improvement and team

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the production area, preferably in metal mechanic manufacturing.
• Desirable experience in cutting processes, aluminum, painting, and assembly.
• SQDCC board experience.
• Intermediate English preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Personnel management.

• Support programs to reduce setup, improve efficiency and quality, reduce cycle time, lower conversion costs, minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery.
• Continuous improvement management.
• Review of production sequence and work plan.
