nVent is seeking an HRBP/HR Generalist in Reynosa to lead HR processes across performance, development and employee relations. You will mentor leaders and ensure HR practices support operations in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include payroll, time and attendance, compliance with labor laws, and KPI reporting. Strong Workday experience and intermediate English are preferred for this role.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years as HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Workday and related tools.
  • Experience leading payroll processes and time/attendance management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience measuring KPIs and HR metrics.
  • Experience organizing events and cultural initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Lead all aspects of completion and quality delivery of Human Resources processes such as performance management, career development, and employee relations initiatives, providing mentorship to leaders on issues such as organizational development and efficiency, and HR policies.

Provide advanced generalist support and collaborate with Reynosa's Leaders to ensure the HR practices are supporting the operations of the business.

Identify and recommend opportunities for strategic HR initiatives that grow our leaders and high-performing teams and reinforce our values and culture.

Support the compliance processes and timely follow-up required in support of the company ethics and education programs.

Support Managers with the development of their direct reports; design and implement practices for leaders and managers to attract, develop, and retain the best talent available on the market.

Keep current on all employment and benefits legislation and reporting requirements, and align company policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance.

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • 3+ years of validated experience as HRBP or HR Generalist.
  • Preferred experience in Manufacturing.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, WORKDAY and TRESS system is required.
  • Experience leading Payroll processes and Time and attendance (daily and weekly).
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PPT.
  • Intermediate english would be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Management and reporting of KPIs, monthly HR metrics.
  • Experience in event organization, Integration/culture activities and monitoring of cultural programs.
