Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across 45+ BioLife centers and 130+ hiring managers in a high-volume, data-driven environment.

You will partner with operations, HR, and leadership to align staffing with business needs, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and governance across systems. The role emphasizes strategic consultation, market insights, and regional execution with hybrid onsite requirements in CDMX.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in high-volume recruiting with complex portfolios.
• Experience hiring licensed and non-licensed professionals.
• Strong data-driven, consultant mindset with stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting for 45+ BioLife centers and 130+ hiring managers.
• Develop regional recruiting strategies and manage pipeline health.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and leadership to align staffing.
• Use analytics and ATS to measure performance and drive improvements.
