Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in Mexicali, MX is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Talent Management Practices to lead talent management and leadership development across manufacturing sites. You will partner with regional HR and COE leaders to design and deliver programs aligning with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

You will coach manufacturing leaders, drive succession planning, and oversee learning initiatives, vendor partnerships, and engagement efforts to build a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Talent Management or OD roles with leadership experience.
• Experience implementing talent programs and managing change across regions.
• Fluent English with Spanish proficiency; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent and succession planning to build regional leadership pipelines.
• Manage regional talent specialists and share best practices globally.
• Collaborate with COE and HR leaders to design and assess talent programs.
• Localize corporate learning for manufacturing context; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach leaders, drive engagement, and oversee vendor training providers.
• Oversee change management and deployment of global HR programs.
